Hui-Kai Su received the B.S (Electronic Engineering) degree from I-Shou University, Taiwan, in 1999. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering) degrees from National Chung-Cheng University, Taiwan, in 2001 and 2006, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor at the department of computer science and information engineering, Nanhua University, Taiwan, during 2006 and 2009. He joined the department of electrical engineering, Formosa University, in spring of 2009. Currently he is an Assistant Professor in the department. His research interests include multimedia network applications, P2P network applications, IP/MPLS network survivability, network QoS control and management, embedded systems, etc.

Wen-Hsu Hsiao

Wen-Hsu Hsiao received the B.S (Electronic Engineering) degree from Chung-Hua University, Taiwan, in 1995. He earned his M.S. (Electrical Engineering) degree from National Chung-Cheng University, Taiwan, in 1997.
He is currently a lecturer of Department of Electrical Engineering at Wu-Feng Institute of Technology and a Ph.D student at National Chung-Cheng University, Taiwan.His research interests include QoS control and resource management for multimedia networks, network security and E-Learning.
