Introducing the New Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Computers

Abstract

As my three-year term as the founding editor of the Journal of Computers (JCP, ISSN 1796-203X) ends in September 2008, it gives me great pleasure to introduce Prof. Prabhat Mahanti as the next Editor-in-Chief of JCP.

Prof. Mahanti is a Professor in Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick, Saint John, Canada. He has extensive publications and editorial experience in the field of computer science. He serves on the editorial boards of a number of international scientific journals. He has served on the organizing committees of numerous international conferences in his field. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all JCP Editors, authors, readers, and reviewers for their great help and support over the past three years. I look forward to a bright future for JCP under the leadership of Prof. Mahanti.
