Shang-hui Xiao, an associate professor for Yibin University, is a currently Ph.D. candidate of University of Electronic Science & Technology of China, majoring in Communication and Information Systems. He received the B.Sc. degree in Sichuan Normal University, China, 1996, and the M.Sc. degree in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, 2002. His current research interests are mainly focused on cooperation communication techniques, and signal processing on MIMO wireless communication.

Zhong-pei Zhang

Zhong-pei Zhang was born in Chongqing, China, in 1967. He received the Ph.D degree in traffic information engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, he was a post-doctor at Tsinghua University. Since 2003, he has been an assistant professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. From Mar.2004 to Feb. 2005, he was a research scientist at Oulu University, Oulu, Finland. Now, he is a professor of Communication national Lab, UESTC. His research interests include equalization and iterative receiver, space-time coding and non-coherent detection algorithm.

Zhi-ping Shi

Zhi-ping Shi is an associate professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). She received her M.S.E and Ph.D. degrees in 1998 and 2005, respectively, at Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. She has two years of post-doctoral experience at UESTC from 2005 to 2007. Now she is an IEEE member. Her research interests include turbo codes, LDPC codes, coded modulation and signal processing. In these areas, she has published paper about 20 papers in journals or conferences. She has a book (co-authored with Dr. Zhang).
